We built Ace It – a platform for tennis academies and individual-sport clubs: an app for players and coaches, and an admin with the reports a club actually needs.
Tennis academies run dozens of competitive players, coaches and courts – until now with WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets.
Training hours counted by hand
→ Training volume per player, calculated from the schedule
Finding out a player was exhausted only after the injury
→ Daily check-ins and load spikes flag the risk early
Coach feedback lost in group chats
→ Goals, notes, chat and video per player
No idea how many hours each coach really worked
→ Coach hours by session type and player
One system, three points of view: the club manager works in the admin; coaches and players use the app. Every session planned in the schedule reaches the app, and every report from a player – effort, sleep, pain, mood – becomes data the staff sees before the first session.
A day planner by coach and court, drag-and-drop players, group sessions, duplicate a day, publish to the app.
A 20-second check-in (sleep, mood, pain, motivation, physical state) and a readiness score per player.
Session RPE, weekly load and the acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR), with a flag when it's time to ease off.
Technical, tactical, physical and mental goals, coach–player chat and side-by-side video comparison.
Point-by-point live scoring from the phone, automatic statistics and a shareable live-score page.
Sprint, agility, endurance and strength every month, compared with the previous result.
Training volume, load and injury risk, mental and wellbeing, injuries, goals, coach and player hours – plus a weekly and monthly report for every player. One dashboard flags who should rest, who hasn’t checked in and who needs attention, and every number drills down to the raw reports.
We built Ace It end to end: a Laravel server and API, a React admin, a Flutter app for iOS and Android, and cloud infrastructure with a separate staging environment. The interface is available in English, French and Hebrew.
Coming next: an AI weekly summary for every player – load, physio, fitness, mental and tennis – reviewed by the coach before anyone sees it.
